This framework saved a huge cost/effort (approx. 1280 hrs for 40 services) in development. It also brought down the maintenance and support of these services to near zero and significantly reduces future project budgets in new services development. It was accomplished out of my interest outside project plan and project hours and, the value add was much appreciated by Liberty Mutual.
