Recent Accomplishment

 

Designed and developed Common JSON Transformation Framework for RESTful services in DataPower XI52 for Liberty Mutual to eliminate custom transformations for individual services. This framework saved a huge cost/effort (approx. 1280 hrs for 40 services) in development. It also brought down the maintenance and support of these services to near zero and significantly reduces future project budgets in new services development. It was accomplished out of my interest outside project plan and project hours and, the value add was much appreciated by Liberty Mutual.

Description:

The billing systems team has various projects being executed for Safeco merge. As part of this integration several functionalities are being added to the system and are required to expose them as services leveraging the capabilities of IBM BPM (IID), DataPower, IBM ODM.

Responsibilities:

·               Designed/developed/delivered BPEL and mediations in IBM BPM (IID) using various bindings

·               Designed/developed/delivered web service proxies and multi-protocol gateway in DataPower for JSON/SOAP transformation and secured them using AAA

Comet offers a unique online shopping experience with a range of services including home delivery; collect from store through the online site comet.co.uk. This website supports B2C business model. Comet provides Home Delivery and Collect from Stores options for the online customers. They provide different delivery slots to the customer and deliver the products to them. They have tie up with third party websites to sell their products.SOA Integration project which integrates between the web and the legacy JDA applications and the third party applications using websphere integration tools like IBM BPM (IID), DataPower and Websphere MQ.
